“遂州福娃”区域品牌亮相 福彩公益金点亮未成年人保护“微光”_我的网站

A |     7月13日上午，四川省遂宁市“遂州福娃 船承未来”关爱品牌发布会暨船山区未成年人救助保护中心启动仪式在船山区介福东路举行。区域关爱品牌正式亮相，未保中心同步投用，标志着船山区未成年人保护工作迈入体系化、标准化、全域化新阶段。

Hundreds of people have been arrested across India during public unrest。船山区民政局分别与遂宁市未成年人保护中心、蓬溪县民政局签署“牵手共进”行动协议，市区联动、区域协同的儿童关爱工作格局进一步夯实。据船山区民政局负责人介绍，“54321”体系是该区在未成年人保护工作中的创新探索。

C | 其核心是聚合政府、家庭、学校、社工和爱心人士五方力量，形成协同共治格局；对困境儿童做到优先接受帮扶、优先辅导学习、优先参与活动、优先心理干预等“四个优先”；建好区未保中心、乡镇未保站、村（社区）未保点三级阵地，打造“15分钟未保服务圈”；抓实数据动态更新和“发现—报告—评估—干预—回访”闭环两项机制；最终锚定建设全龄友好型社会、护航每一个孩子健康成长这一目标。据了解，2025年以来，船山区重点儿童关爱保护工作取得扎实成效。全区累计发放孤儿及事实无人抚养儿童生活补助83万余元，“福彩圆梦 孤儿助学”投入11万余元；已全面摸清流动儿童9637人、留守儿童559人、孤独症儿童45人，完成1772名困境儿童心理评估建档。

D | 目前，14个乡镇（街道）未保工作站、138个村（社区）未保工作点全面建成，14名儿童督导员、138名儿童主任全部到位。启动仪式上，船山区民政局面向全社会发起“微光”公约倡议，诚邀爱心企业通过提供助学金、实习岗位、图书文具或认领微心愿等方式参与困境儿童帮扶。首批爱心单位获颁证书，志愿服务队获授旗，一批法律、心理、社会工作、教育领域公益讲师获聘上岗。
