The contrast between the robot's high-speed performance and its almost bashful posture has made it an unexpected internet sensation.    The movement was not manually programmed by engineers to imitate humans. Instead, the distinctive gait emerged autonomously through reinforcement learning in a simulation environment.    During training, the robot learned that twisting its waist and driving its movement through the hips required less effort than rapidly swinging its arms. The strategy also helped reduce heat buildup in the shoulder joints. At the same time, leaning forward shifted its center of gravity in a way that improved balance and helped increase running speed.    With a time of 45.66 seconds, Omni's performance is already approaching the level of elite male human athletes in China.    (By Gong Weiwei)                            。截至目前，全省今年水利工程建设已完成投资207.75亿元，较去年同期增加53.19亿元，增幅达34.4%。         　　目前，省内各地正抢抓冬季施工黄金期，掀起水利工程建设高潮。辽河干流防洪提升工程土建施工现场，数十台大型机械设备快速运转；盘锦支线输水工程正冲刺最后300米穿越沈山铁路顶管施工，即将实现全线贯通，工程投入使用后将有力保障盘锦建设世界级石化和精细化工产业基地用水需求；葠窝水库除险加固工程加快混凝土浇筑进度，今年已完成混凝土浇筑3.47万立方米，超额完成年度任务。         　　据介绍，我省辽河干流防洪提升工程、盘锦支线输水工程等5项重大水利工程建设进展喜人，其中3项工程已超额完成年度建设任务；235个增发国债水利项目也在如火如荼加快建设，目前已完成投资68.18亿元，完成率81.4%，为年底前完成全部建设任务积累了有利条件。         　　省水利厅相关负责人表示，“百日会战”启动以来，各级水利部门紧盯工程任务节点、关键环节，积极协调处理工程建设中的难点问题，同时严抓质量和安全监督，为项目建设的顺利推进做好准备。下一步，全省水利系统将继续紧紧围绕“百日会战”目标任务，强化帮扶指导和调度推进，确保完成全年既定目标任务。                    责任编辑：李丹。
