二 | 它们啄食虫草、饮山泉水，过着与笼养家禽截然不同的“慢生活”。这一传承两百余年的本土鸡种，不仅是国家级畜禽遗传资源保护品种，更已成为当地民众就近增收、助力乡村振兴的特色富民产业。　　康县地处秦巴山区腹地，植被丰厚、空气清新，广袤的林下空间和丰富的天然虫草，为太平鸡提供了得天独厚的生长环境。与圈养家禽不同，这里的太平鸡全部依托林地放养，不圈笼、不催长。鸡群自由采食虫草野菜，饮用山泉水，农户只在傍晚适量补饲玉米杂粮。慢生长养殖方式，换来了太平鸡肉质紧实、鲜香细嫩的独特口感。　　“这些鸡金贵着呢，全程林下放养，品质看得见。”大堡镇绿兴源养殖农民专业合作社负责人朱宣一边投喂，一边介绍说。

三 | 去年，该社出栏成品鸡单只售价超百元，市场供不应求。目前，太平鸡成品鸡市场价稳定在每只100元至130元，远高于普通鸡种，本土品牌“梅园太平鸡”更是走出大山，远销省内外。全县太平鸡存栏量已达42万只，培育专业合作社8家，累计带动720户民众参与养殖。　　产业壮大的背后，离不开龙头主体的示范引领。康县因地制宜，推行“小群体、大规模”发展思路，重点培育优质养殖合作社，通过标杆基地辐射带动散户，将零散养殖纳入集群化轨道。阳坝镇梅园山鸡养殖专业合作社与大堡镇绿兴源养殖农民专业合作社，成为全县太平鸡产业的两大支柱。

四 | 　　阳坝镇梅园山鸡养殖专业合作社深耕阳坝山林资源，专注保种与扩繁，于2025年取得《种畜禽生产经营许可证》，扛起太平鸡种质保护重任。“我们坚持原生态放养，就是要把老祖宗留下的好品种守住。”该社负责人徐巍芹说，今年计划孵化鸡苗10万羽，发放给周边农户，手把手传授养殖经验，带动更多民众稳定增收。　　大堡镇绿兴源养殖农民专业合作社则建成集孵化、育雏、出栏、销售于一体的成熟体系，年孵化鸡苗20万羽，常年存栏太平鸡5万余只，年出栏成品鸡5万只，年产土鸡蛋60万枚，年销售额突破500万元。两家合作社通过统一供苗、统一技术、统一帮扶，将小农户紧密嵌入产业链，累计带动130余户民众在家门口就业增收。图为甘肃农业大学科研团队在康县太平鸡养殖基地开展太平鸡绿色养殖试验研究。李蓉摄　　过去，农户多凭传统经验散养，鸡苗成活率低，病害防控乏力，收益起伏较大。为破解这一难题，康县畜牧兽医站主动靠前服务，把专业技术送到养殖场、送到农户家。　　“我们组建了技术服务小队，常态化下乡走访，指导养殖户做好种鸡提纯、饲料配比、场地消杀和病害防治，定期开展培训，就是为了帮大家提高技术、降低风险、增加收益。”站长冯小鹏说。与此同时，技术人员常年开展太平鸡种质资源提纯复壮，重点帮扶两家合作社完善良种繁育体系，有效防止品种退化。　　如今，越来越多的养殖户尝到了科学喂养的甜头。“以前养鸡全凭老经验，鸡苗成活率低，碰上病害就束手无策。现在技术员经常上门，什么时候防疫，怎么喂养，讲得明明白白，收入也稳了。”当地养殖户敬必文感慨道。
