C | 部分训练模型的素材来源不明，人脸数据未经合法授权就批量商用，游走于隐私侵权、版权纠纷的灰色地带。视觉同质化只是显性病灶，授权机制缺失、权责边界模糊，才是制约行业长远发展的深层顽疾。应当清醒地看到，平台开展专项治理只是治标之举。整治重复脸谱、筛查素材风险，只能解决肉眼可见的表层问题。倘若行业固守流量至上、速度优先的生产逻辑，创作依赖固定模板套路，那么就算换掉一批雷同人脸，新的同质化内容又会卷土重来。显然，治理这类乱象不能止于“人脸不重复”的底线要求，更要从根源上纠偏整个行业的创作生态与价值取向。技术为文艺创新拓展边界、丰富表达形式，但真正能打动人心的作品，终究离不开匠心打磨与人文思考。行业要走出粗放发展的困境，必须摒弃“速成量产”的惯性思维，回归内容为本、审美为核的创作初心。
